These Terms of Service govern your use of the Layette Out mobile application and related website. By using Layette Out, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the App
Layette Out is provided for personal, non-commercial use to help organize children’s clothing, wishlist links, storage locations, and resale workflow information.
Your Content and Data
Data you enter into the app is stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share it. You are responsible for maintaining backups and protecting access to your device.
Purchases and Subscriptions
If paid features are offered, payments are processed through Apple’s App Store. If Android billing is enabled later, purchases on Android will be processed through Google Play.
We may receive limited purchase-status information, such as whether a subscription or entitlement is active, in order to unlock features in the app.
Subscription renewals, cancellations, billing disputes, and refunds are governed by the policies of the store where you made the purchase.
No Warranty
Layette Out is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Layette Out and its operator are not liable for data loss, device issues, financial loss, resale pricing decisions, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update the app, these Terms, or available features from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
